Empowering Creativity Through LEGO Stop-Motion
Joey and Will worked together to create their very first LEGO stop-motion animation, and it was incredible to watch their creativity unfold. I sat down with them to introduce the basics of Adobe Premiere and After Effects, showing them how to edit and enhance their animation with sound effects and movement. From setting up the shots to making creative choices, they took the lead and truly made this project their own.
Spark of Inspiration
This morning, Joey had a spark of inspiration—completely on his own, he decided to create a mini website tour for Vision Nonprofit! He walks viewers through a few key pages and then dives into the stories section, where he highlights his story about Jupiter. His excitement for sharing and storytelling shines through as he encourages everyone to check it out.
It’s the Little Things That Make a Big Impact
Supporting Vision Nonprofit doesn’t have to be complicated. Every action—whether it’s wearing a bracelet, sharing our story, or engaging with our content—helps us continue providing essential technology for children who need it.
Joey’s Classroom Tech
At Vision Nonprofit, we’re always looking for ways to help children with low vision access the tools they need to learn with confidence. In today’s video, Joey gives us a classroom tour of the Jupiter Portable Magnifier, a device from the American Printing House designed to help students with low vision read, write, and engage with their schoolwork.
Tips to Help Kids with Low Vision
At Vision Nonprofit, we believe that every child deserves the tools and confidence to thrive—no matter their vision abilities. That’s why we’re excited to share Joey’s latest video, "Thriving with Nystagmus," where he talks about his own experience with low vision and offers practical tips to help other kids like him.
